Toyota City was without a doubt the best car buying experience I've ever had. Owner Michael Ianelli and his staff made me fell like I was their most important customer. Transparency and integrity are t experience I've ever had. Owner Michael Ianelli and his staff made me fell like I was their most important customer. Transparency and integrity are the best ways to describe the way these people do business. I arrived at 2 pm and drove out of the dealership at 5 pm with our new car. They made our car buying process stress free. I shopped around and they were by far the best deal in Westchester. Michael and his son's Nick and Michael are so helpful and kind along with every other person that works there. I felt like I was hanging out with people in my family for the day.
