We bought a used Hyundai Elantra Hybrid. When waiting for the salesman to get it it took some time and he told us it was because the battery was dead and then he found out it just needed th When waiting for the salesman to get it it took some time and he told us it was because the battery was dead and then he found out it just needed the reset button hit. Well my daughter drove it for a week and then it shut down on her on the road and said the hybrid battery needed serviced. She pushed the button and it drove fine for another week and then did it again. A press of the button and we drove it straight to a dealer. Here we learned that the battery is on a nationwide recall and is on back orders that have been lasting 3 months to a year! We asked the dealership to work with us because we felt they knowingly sold us a faulty car. This is a Kia dealer... Kia and Hyundai are sister companies and it turns out Kia's are suffereing similar backorders. They have had it for 4 of our 6 weeks of ownership now. They offered to buy the car back for 3k less than we paid for it, not to mention the extended bumper to bumper warranty we bought, and the > 600 we spent having the windows and sunroof tinted. This is simply unacceptable! Stay Away! More

I was lied to by Kia of North Austin. I called ahead and was told they’d appraise my car as long as it ran. By the grace of God, and thanks to the dedication of Brendan and Joe, they were not only able to help us get a vehicle for my wife — they worked out a deal that allowed us to leave with two vehicles! I’ve never been to a dealership where the staff was so genuinely kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. They truly worked hard for us, and my wife and I are beyond grateful. Thank you all so much for your hard work and for making this such a positive and memorable experience. We drove away with two vehicles and full hearts. 5 stars from us! We highly recommend Kia North Austin to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

The greatest experience I've had at a dealership. Before going to Kia of North Austin, I had a not so great experience somewhere else. I shared my previous worries with Christopher and he assured me Before going to Kia of North Austin, I had a not so great experience somewhere else. I shared my previous worries with Christopher and he assured me that he would take care of me. He was incredibly patience and respectful as I was making decisions. The entire time I was at the dealership, I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to test drive or buy a vehicle that I wasn't interested in. Joe was also AMAZING. I am so appreciative of the kindness and support I received from these two. Definitely recommend coming here! Kia of North Austin has earned a forever customer. :) More
