The online scheduling made the process very easy to get my oil changes and tires rotated. The wait time was right in order, maybe about an hour for the full process. The manager checked on me because he my oil changes and tires rotated. The wait time was right in order, maybe about an hour for the full process. The manager checked on me because he thought I had waited too long and within 2 minutes they were finished with my car. The staff were all very professional and polite. More

I brought my car in, I was not notified of inspection information. I paid for oil change and other services. Many emergency lights came on the next day seeming like the mechanics broke something while wo information. I paid for oil change and other services. Many emergency lights came on the next day seeming like the mechanics broke something while working on my car. I brought it back. The service advisor left when I pulled up. I waited for a while for him to reappear and left my car with him. He called back three hours later saying that something was broken and I would have to pay another $200 to have what they broke fixed. I was not notified that they had to order a part and had to keep it overnight again. I called and asked my service advisor to call me. He didn’t. I came and paid for my service. My car was not brought around to me. Horrible service. More
