The service department needs help! For the 2nd time in 3 weeks I’ve arrived for scheduled maintenance and a loaner car but there is NOT a car available. Plus I brought my daughters car For the 2nd time in 3 weeks I’ve arrived for scheduled maintenance and a loaner car but there is NOT a car available. Plus I brought my daughters car for service back on June 28th. I was told the service would be an hour and 30 minutes maybe 2hours. I chose to wait and I proceeded to sit for 4 hours while the entire dealership enjoyed a July 4th cookout. I asked to hear from someone about situation. I’ve yet to hear from anyone.
