Jake the service advisor was great! I could tell the mechanics were also great going out of their way, but we're told to do the minimum. My truck shook under hard braking so they turned only the rear rotors. It still shakes and I feal it in the steering wheel so it needed all 4 rotors turned. I live to far to the it back again so I'll fix it my self. The cherry on this, joe Christy my salesman said he would give me "a tank of gas" when I brought it back. He gave me a 1/4 tank only! All in all just can't give 5 starts even though Jake deserves 6 stars... More

Joe Christy made the impossible possible! What can I say about Joe...we couldn't find the exact model and options for my ES300h. We thought it would have to be built from the factory which What can I say about Joe...we couldn't find the exact model and options for my ES300h. We thought it would have to be built from the factory which would have been 6 weeks away. I was willing to wait but not even 48 hours after talking with Joe in person, he called with the great news! He found exactly what I wanted. Talk about good sales and customer service! Literally 48 hours after that amazing phone call, i was driving away in my car! Everyone I dealt, Joe with Karl and Adam was amazing too! This team is a pleasure to work with them on my first Lexus experience! I will buy all my vehicles from them! The Chris Bates was very professional and friendly. It was easy talking to him but I tried talking to a salesman that passed me on to talk to another salesman. I felt like he doesn’t have the time for me since another customer came in. If he had another appointment set with that person he should have been honest with me at the beginning. Then the second salesman again seemed to not have the time to show me the that I wanted to see. He said someone is waiting to drive the car and it might be bought by the time they’re done. He knows I’m there servicing my SUV. Yet he thinks there’s no chance for me to get the one available in the lot. He told me to come back in October. Joe Christy is the second salesman I met. As far as I am concerned they’re both RUDE! More
