This place is horrible! The receptionist with the red hair was rude! Didn't say hi or even offer a beverage. And none of the sales people were available! I waited more than 30 minutes walking around I asked 2 sales people for help Joe & Kenny and no help! They just said someone would be with me soon, I ended up leaving, would not recommend this dealership! Very unprofessional! There are other places you can get a Mercedes without being treated poorly! Save yourself the time guys! More

I purchased a 2022 AMG 55 R. I was very precise about the AMG I wanted but was not clear if I wanted the AMG or other models. Joe gave me good suggestions. a test drive was key I was very precise about the AMG I wanted but was not clear if I wanted the AMG or other models. Joe gave me good suggestions. a test drive was key to better understand the model I wanted. I trust the advice he gave me. He ultimately found exactly what I wanted while broadening my perspective ie I liked the white colors but he showed me an alpine gray that was perfect with the interior. He spent the time with me I needed to answer my questions as well as understand what my key priorities were in the car I wanted. I would happily go back to Joe for my next purchase. More

Highly recommended! !!! I was from out of state and had a very rushed timeline to buy a vehicle. My Sales Consultant Joe Caruso helped me find it, answered all my questio !!! I was from out of state and had a very rushed timeline to buy a vehicle. My Sales Consultant Joe Caruso helped me find it, answered all my questions, and took the time to send me a video of the vehicle too which was pretty neat. He was very knowledgeable and pointed out some nice features on the vehicle. When I flew down to purchase the vehicle Joe Caruso was prepared for my visit and had everything ready to review and sign. He is a true gentleman. This dealership has a friendly atmosphere and the owner himself greeted me. It was truly a very pleasurable experience.
