I had test driven a RAV4 at Toyota dealership in Milford but never heard back from that salesman. I was not happy with the Subaru Crosstrek that I had purchased. Joe Carroll greeted me and he is great. He is very knowledgeable, mild-mannered and helpful. I also really enjoyed talking to the finance person. I'm sorry I can't pronounce his name. He was great. I appreciated being spoon-fed the details of everything about the financing and you can tell he's been doing it for quite a few years. More
