I recently moved to Palm Springs and made the mistake of trying out the local Rancho Mirage Audi service dept. BIG MISTAKE as they wasted my time and money with deceptive business practices, murky pricing, and mansplaining.... I've been spoiled by Audi BH and their service so am now driving 100 miles for servicing. Every step is quick and painless, from scheduling an appointment to making a plan with my service advisor (Carlos - he's wonderful!) to dropping off to retrieving my car. They go the extra mile and have nice perks like complimentary coffee bar, loaner car or ride home, car wash. Only negative was a delay during pick up this last time because my car hadn't yet been washed. They're always so good about doing it before I get there, but this time it wasn't done (and I was an hour+ later than I scheduled so there should have been time). Minor thing - will just ask about that before I go to pick up next time. Love Audi BH!! More

appreciate carlos' thoroughness. I bought my 2018 S5 Prestige from Farhad in late June 2017. I love the car although i had to adjust to it a bit. I've been a manual shift driver all my life, and my last three cars were Porsches. The automation in the new car sometimes irritates me...e.g. "remote key not recognized"! and other warnings. I also liked the puddle lights on the A4 courtesy car and wished they'd been included in my S5...wonder why not? i bought the top of the line model and it would seem that these would have been included. I've been to Audi BH around 5 x with various software issues. Wonder if that was because i bought an early 2018 S5. I also had a technician put too much oil in my car on the first service visit from new. I had to come back and had it drained. Tech thought it was an A5. Duh. The A5 loaner from Wednesday was really nice, however. I chose Audi BH because the inventory was great, much better than SM Audi. Thank you very much. The center on Fairfax is much better and less congested than the Wilshire branch. More

Probably the least hassle free considering my circumstance Service was amazing, I was very well informed at all point of part delivery and when my vehicle was going to be ready. Also, I was taken back to part Service was amazing, I was very well informed at all point of part delivery and when my vehicle was going to be ready. Also, I was taken back to part department, where the parts manager (I feel bad, but forgot his name, and did his job extremely well) grabbed an auxiliary cord from his own car to give to me since they didn't have any in stock!! Unbelievable, I didn't think dealships cared Nymore, obviously not the case Here! You have my business Audi, for a very long time. Keep up the good work Angie and parts manager(sorry I forgot your name, but I won't forget the face), Joe Carr, that's it! Thanks Joe and Angie! More
