Very customer focused and really no pressure; they were up front about everything before we even looked at cars. No sudden "oh the one you drove actually wasn't the trim level we told you" like with the other guys. Total honesty and willingness to make a deal that worked for us. We got a great deal and feel like winners coming out with exactly the car we wanted, instead of feeling like we got something we didn't at more than we wanted to pay. More
