The people in the service department are very attentive when you’re there. I had to call and leave multiple messages to get an appointment which took 3 to 4 days. It took almost 3 hrs to mount and balance when you’re there. I had to call and leave multiple messages to get an appointment which took 3 to 4 days. It took almost 3 hrs to mount and balance tires on my truck and I need to brig it back to get rebalanced because the truck shakes over 65 MPH. The technician left grease all over my rims that I had to wipe off myself!! I’m pretty sure he knew the balance was off because he test drove the truck and I’ve never seen that done for tires before so I’m not sure why they gave it back to me unbalanced! It’s pretty inconvenient to have to return and have it redone!! More

I went to get an oil change and a tire rotation and waited for the vehicle to be completed at the dealership. It took over an hour and a half to complete and on top of that they damaged each rim.
