SHADY!!! I purchased a used car from Bill Fox Chevrolet in September. Since buying the car three months ago I've already put an alarming almost $700 into the v I purchased a used car from Bill Fox Chevrolet in September. Since buying the car three months ago I've already put an alarming almost $700 into the vehicle. After spending all this money and only putting about 2000 miles on the car since purchase, I'm sitting here with an estimate for just under $2000 of more repairs that need to be done. Repairs that if not done will leave my newly bought car undriveable. Two weeks of calling the dealership, asking for assistance and getting absolutely no where. I wasn't even able to get the salesman Joe Beccari to return my calls until I left a message with his general manager. When I did finally hear back from him I was told that he "was just trying to move a car" and that there was nothing he could do. If your like me and your considering going through a dealership to buy a used car instead of Craigslist or a used car lot for fear of being ripped off, think again. Dealerships can be just as shady, I can assure you this once is. After all their "just trying to move cars" right? More

I have had issues with my past chevy dealer, so I am excited that I have found my new home at Bill Fox. Joe Beccari stopped at nothing to get me into a new car. My jobs don't look so great on paper with excited that I have found my new home at Bill Fox. Joe Beccari stopped at nothing to get me into a new car. My jobs don't look so great on paper with all my 1099's and lack of check stubs, but Joe got me approved. Even the fact that I don't have bad credit, just no credit at all really, he was able to get me into my Cruze the very next day. Everyone at Bill Fox was very friendly and helpful, and I cant wait to come back and get my 60 day check up. Thanks Bill Fox. Diana More

From the time we pulled onto the used car lot until we left with our new car, Joe and the team at Fox Chevrolet, got it all right. We don't like pushey sales people, or sales people who try to make them s left with our new car, Joe and the team at Fox Chevrolet, got it all right. We don't like pushey sales people, or sales people who try to make them selves look better by putting down a different dealer. Joe was very knowledgeable about the cars he had and frendily with out being pushey. The best part is that we drove 92 miles ,past man other dealers to make this happen. Mostly because we had talked with Lewis on line about the cars we were intersted in . Yes I would recommened this dealership to any one wanting a fair and knowledgeable dealer. More

This was my first vehicle purchase from Bill Fox This was my first vehicle purchase from Bill Fox Chevrolet. I'd visited in the past but only to have my car looked at for a front end noise. When This was my first vehicle purchase from Bill Fox Chevrolet. I'd visited in the past but only to have my car looked at for a front end noise. When researching my recent car purchase I found a 2010 Malibu they had advertised for quite a bit less than others I'd seen like it. I was concerned that their must be a reason for it being advertised $1000 less than a similar Malibu I'd looked at a few days prior. Ultimately I decided against purchasing the first Malibu due to some dents and dings the dealer conveniently "dissscluded" in the pictures I'd seen online. When I spoke with Joe regarding the Malibu he had on his lot he was very helpful and assured me that to his knowledge there was nothing wrong with the vehicle but would go take a second look at it just to make sure it was as he remembered. He got back with me promptly and even offered to send me updated pictures of the car! I set up a time to look at the car the following day but didn't end up making it out to drive the car until later that week. Joe was very understanding about me changing my appointment but called me the morning of to let me know that the car I was interested in was sold the previous night unfortunately I was already on my way to the dealership. When i arrived and Joe apologized for not being able to reach me before I made the trip out, needless to say I was pretty disappointed. He offered to show me a few other cars in my price range and after some time and him being extremely patient with me, I really wasn't ready to buy anything. Finally after I left he suggested I take a look at a Saturn Aura that had come in the day before and wasn't even cleaned up for the lot yet. It was very similar to the Malibu but was equipped a lot better. After talking with his sales manger he was able to get me the Aura at a price pretty close to the base Malibu I was looking at and their financing department even beat the rate my credit union got me. I took delivery later that day and was extremely satisfied with their entire staff and my new car. I would defiantly recommend this Joe Beccari and Bill Fox Chevy to a friend. More

Joe Becarri was helpful. They just didn't have a good car for me to buy. They let me test drive a couple of cars on my own. The sales manager wanted to give me the hard sell but Joe told him I wanted t car for me to buy. They let me test drive a couple of cars on my own. The sales manager wanted to give me the hard sell but Joe told him I wanted to check Consumer's Report and he backed off. I would go there again if I hadn't already found a car I wanted at another dealer. More
