Worst car buying experience. Battery was dead when I went to see the car. They couldn’t find the keys . Dealership was dirty and ripped old office furniture. I have had problems with the car since I drove it off the lot. Only one of which they covered after having to bring it back twice and then having it for two weeks. It’s going to cost $1400. Saying I should have bought an extended warranty. I drove it less than 100 miles. Definitely not the “customer centric” experience they advertise. Dismissive and condescending More

I was very pleased with my experience at Bryan Imports. Joe Alimo took extra effort to answer my questions. The vehicle I purchased was fully serviced and even detailed before I left the dealership. There was a small missing bumper cover which Joe is mailing to me and he even provided me with tracking information. I also asked for the most recent service record which he promptly provided. Garrett was also helpful in answering my questions regarding an extended warranty. Thanks for a very pleasant experience purchasing a used vehicle. More
