We weren't really looking for a new truck, but we pulled into Conklin's just to look. I knew a friend of mine who worked there, and we bought the truck because the back windows went all the way down, so our into Conklin's just to look. We bought the warranty because Derrick said it was great. My husband died in 2023, and I have stage 4 cancer. My grandson will get the truck. I'm glad the warranty transfers to him. I'm am always pleased with the service, the detailing,and the washing of my truck. Conklin's is the best!!! More

When scheduling the lady told me it would be a simple reprogramming and I’d be on my way, that was not the case. I ended up sitting in the lobby for 3.5 hours. Very friendly staff but would have been nic reprogramming and I’d be on my way, that was not the case. I ended up sitting in the lobby for 3.5 hours. Just went in for an oil change even when I own a 2019 2500 Ram. About the only place I trust anymore. Even when they told me my battery was pulling less amps and about to go out. And "puff" sure enough a 2500 Ram. About the only place I trust anymore. Even when they told me my battery was pulling less amps and about to go out. And "puff" sure enough a week later it went out.
