The Wife and I went into Crown Hyundai just to look around. Well, we had been in before and spoken to Jody Lindsey. We walked in and asked for him and he was available to help us. After a couple of bumps, (mostly because I was telling dumb jokes) we were able to find a vehicle my wife and I both liked and agreed upon. Just on a whim, I went ahead and filled out the credit application. LO and BEHOLD, I was approved! Drove home in a beautiful Kona! Tim Lavoie in Finance was great, and he made my niece giggle like crazy! The Kona's a fun little car with a "sport mode" button that tightens the transmission so it thinks it's a hotrod! Thanks Guys, Everybody was AWESOME! We will be back! PS. Only reason I rated the price as 3 stars was, well, I wanted the car for darn near free! More

My experience yesterday at Crown Hyundai of St. Petersburg was literally a delightfully fun experience from start to finish as I worked with them to complete a trade of vehicles. I walked in and immediately felt at ease in their pressure free environment. Everyone I encountered was personable and helpful. My sales and leasing associate, Jody Lindsey, was knowledgeable and friendly. I came prepared to see specific vehicles, and he showed me all of the ones of interest and managed to locate the one I would eventually purchase/trade. He was patient throughout the process and I never felt pressured in any way. The finance manager, Tim Lavoie, made me feel comfortable and at ease (which is definitely helpful when dealing with the bottom line) by keeping the conversation light, funny, and personable…like a good friend makes you feel. If you are in the market for a new, or new to you car, consider starting your journey at Crown Hyundai…it’s pressure-free in a warm, friendly environment where you immediately feel the employees enjoy their work of helping you find your new vehicle.
