Jody Gauthier guided me through an extraordinarily difficult set of circumstances and facts following a car failure 300 mi from home. She knowledgeably explained what was happening, what my options were, and what was going to happen next. She helped me not only understand what had likely happened to my car, but also the possibilities with the warranty from the used car dealer where I had purchased it. She even knew alternatives to having it towed. Most importantly, I felt throughout a very long day that I had someone on my side who was working towards the best solution for me. Her interactions with and reports back from the Prius specialist who was diagnosing the problem gave me confidence in the rest of the service and repair team as well. My only regret is that Westboro Toyota, and especially Jody Gauthier, are located 300 mi from where I live. More

Service employees charged me more for wipers even though they were on sale. Waited a long time before a service rep came to speak to me when I pulled in. I was just ignored. Will not be coming back.
