I started out in the car business in 2010. I started as a porter to get my foot in the door at a new collision center. I worked my way up to cashier, csr and then a quality inspector. I changed car brands and have now been with Volkswagen for 7 years. I am also a full time cat rescuer, and have a 501 non profit rescue with my good friend. I am also an avid TNR (trap/neuter/return volunteer. I help spay/neuter and vaccinate all of the stray, feral and abandoned cats that are left behind. I am also a classic car junkie. I had a 1970 Chevy Monte Carlo I had restored, and now I have a 1969 Olds Cutlass. I am a people person, and try to make people as happy as I am.

On 1-31-24 I purchased a 2020 Lexus LS 500 from this dealership and the 4 wheels has "road rash/curb scrapes" so as part of my deal I received a "we owe" from the dealership to have the 4 wheels repaire dealership and the 4 wheels has "road rash/curb scrapes" so as part of my deal I received a "we owe" from the dealership to have the 4 wheels repaired. The person assigned to do the repair said he was unable to do it bc the wheels were chrome so I spoke with my salesperson who spoke with management who offered a $350 check to be sent to me instead. To date, I still have not received this check (over 60 days now), I have made over 20 texts and numerous calls and left voicemails. Please be aware of this dealership and these unscrupulous business practices. I am now trying to contact the dealer to initite the arbitration process to settle this unresolved issue. Worst experience I've ever encountered at a dealership. More
