Fairness and above expectations I had a wonderful experience here. I wasn’t expecting the results that I received and also the fairness with which Nikki treated me. I came in with a I had a wonderful experience here. I wasn’t expecting the results that I received and also the fairness with which Nikki treated me. I came in with a tricky situation (locked in payments for a car that wasn’t worth the amount I was paying as well as having that same vehicle recalled and not driveable). Jodi in rentals always treated me like I was important and also like a friend. Driving around in a rental that I had come to enjoy fully, Jodi pointed me in the right direction to discuss buying options, and that was to Nikki. Nikki and Philip did not give up on me even as I kept my expectations low. They understood my situation and worked their best to find a silver lining. They not only got me into a better car than the one I couldn’t drive, but they also found a way to lower my overall monthly payments. I really felt like they truly cared. In the past, I have had my hopes risen up at dealerships (“let’s go chose your car,” and then, nothing, not even a courtesy call to inform me that I wasn’t approved after being told I was). Naturally, I expected the same. Prepared myself for that even. But that did not happen, and I thank you guys so much! Not only do I have a clear understanding of what I am paying for, but I am paying for a vehicle that not only will last, but is worth the amount. I felt I was treated extremely fairly. You guys rock!!!! More

Nashville's Best Nissan I purchased my 2011 Nissan from Rivergate and I have had all required maintenance complete by them. I set up my appointments on line ( and receive dol I purchased my 2011 Nissan from Rivergate and I have had all required maintenance complete by them. I set up my appointments on line ( and receive dollar credits for doing it) they have always been ready to service my vehicle in a reasonable time frame. I have earned free oil changes and discounts on other repairs. Because I have spoken so highly of the service dept my husband even had service completed on his Chevrolet truck! More

Excellent service, friendly people I have a 2012 Altima and take it to Rivergate Nissan for all servicing. They are quick and friendly. The comfortable waiting area is a plus. More
