We love our new Kia Telluride and Ray was fantastic to work with! We went over what we were looking for, including all of the features we wanted. Ray found the perfect Telluride right away! The service seemed fine, but they didn’t begin my oil change until an hour after my scheduled time as evidenced by the tracking system and when the doors on my vehicle were opened (as reported by my car change until an hour after my scheduled time as evidenced by the tracking system and when the doors on my vehicle were opened (as reported by my car app). I called ahead to confirm that there would be no lengthy wait the day of my appointment and I was assured there would be no lengthy wait. As a result of the delayed service, I was late to a meeting. They could have asked me to reschedule if the scheduled time did not work for them, especially since I specifically contacted them to confirm that wouldn’t happen. Two hours for an oil change is excessive. More
