I was nervous and skeptical about going to a big dealership to make a vehicle purchase. Interesting first major transation in TN being from Indiana .I had to trade my GMC Canyon on a Toyota Tundra to pull equipment back to Indiana .( I am sold on Toyota) . Very disappointed with American manufacturing.What has happened to our country? I have purchase new Toyota,Ford ,GMC, Chrysler, Now back to Toyota! This over all sale was very interesting . Everyone knows it is a "crapshoot" when purchasing a new vehicle . You are at the mercy of varying ,fluctuating , "bull" as I call them . It is a rigged system! Now trying to spin this to a more positive note .Paul ,my sales person very nice .Not overly aggressive did a fine job. Of course the back and forth scenario to the numbers man Corona . Efficient and gets it done . Thank you! I must point out a few things. Upon meeting a few in the back to help me move a transfere tank from one truck to the next .I extended my hand as to introduction myself .Cody refused to shake my hand . I was never so embarrassed in my life . Standing in the midst of Three people I immeditly responded how offensive the situation was. I almost walked away from this transaction However,I was pressed for time . I wonder who in the world hired this guy and put him in the publics view?? I think he referred to the gesture as being a covid thing? Really ,after being in the dental field most of my life I thought maybe its just a "back woods hill thing"!(no disrespect ). One more note the people are kind but all business and in a hurry.They also seem preoccupied with other tasks .
