Just amazing! Went there on 8/4/18 in hopes of buying a new cross over. Upon arrival i was introduced to Danny who immediately was an extremely personable guy who l Went there on 8/4/18 in hopes of buying a new cross over. Upon arrival i was introduced to Danny who immediately was an extremely personable guy who listened to what i was looking for, not to sell me a car, but to find the best fit for me. After spending about 2 hours in 100 degree weather, which i apologized to him for, looking at several different models and trims and colors and accessories (the list goes on), I finally decided on a Nissan Rogue. When we went inside to the A/C Danny instantly went to work, keeping us up to date on what was going on and the progress being made. Joanna who was one of the Sales managers of the dealership came over personally and checked on us to see how the experience was or if we needed anything. She was such a sweetheart! When everything was dealt with, we were greeted by Syaed (I think thats how its spelled) who was the finance guy helping us out. We had a great conversation with him talking about his family and everything as we went through the paperwork. All-in-all, this is one of the only dealerships ive been to where they treat you like family. You can go in and have a meaningful relationship with them and know you arent just seen as a $ sign. There is no stereotypically sleazy car men feel either! As a side note, i drove all the way from tustin based off of a recommendation to try there dealership...100% worth it. Will definitely be back to get another car in the future. Iif you go, ask for Danny and say Kevin sent you! More

They LITERALLY went the extra mile to make sure I got the car I wanted. Got a great deal for a 2018 blue Sentra! I felt like a valued guest rather than just a consumer. Definitely worth the drive from San Diego. More

We were a little worried that the process might take a long time cause we had our baby with us but everything was handled rather quickly. We got there at 11 am and they happened to have what we were looking for. We went to lunch and by the time we went back to the dealership everything was ready. Car was fully detailed so I just had to sign all the documents. One of the sales people showed us how to pair our phones to the Bluetooth system and voila. We left in our new 2018 Pathfinder. Overall very satisfied with our experience. More
