I don't understand why you would hire such an employee. Maybe you can't find anyone else. We asked her about the price of the car, financing, and performance, but she couldn't give professional answers. Her attitude was very insincere. It was a terrible experience. She was very dishonest about the prices, extremely rude, and lacked patience. It felt like she expected us to overpay her. Very impolite.

How do you explain "member receive all available factory to dealer incentives and customer rebate" ? when the the vehicle shows excluded under this list, your sales said it's not on the Costco auto program. But the true is this rebate is under the invoice price. If excluded, your sales should still provide invoice price. Joan was lie to me!!!!
And not only this, she kept harassing me and my family, even at the midnight. I have all the evidence.
Until now, she find someone keep harassing and slander me!!!! What a good team member!

It's been a week ago after I post my bad experience in Longo Toyota, your sales Joan still attacking me on social media even though I did not reply her any word. FYI, my post already have over 8000 views. If you can not handle this case, more and more people getting know how bad quality your sale is!!
If this problem can not be solve, I will keep post on other social media.
