Joachim was new at the time but was very pleasant and accommodating. One suggestion is that Assistant Sales Manager Brad could have been more attentive to the admin requirements like the inputting of ou accommodating. One suggestion is that Assistant Sales Manager Brad could have been more attentive to the admin requirements like the inputting of our sale info done by Joachim to avoid the unnecessary info and inputting of credit type details since our transaction was a cash purchase. On the other hand, we appreciated both of them and finance guy Ali staying late after hours to complete our purchase. They also work hurriedly to prep the car for us to take the car even though we did not ask for that and did not drive it off. Point being is that they did that late that evening which was nice of them. More

Joachim assisted me in every single way he could. He is one of the best, he made sure that i won’t regret the car that i will purchase.
