The experience was good. The non stressful atmosphere makes buying pleasant. The only issue is the wait time. Experience started off fine/normal with sales person(Jo Lynn). I used their web sight 'pre' visiting to obtain a fair trade-in value. When they (different person), offered me 8K less the their sight, I got Lynn). I used their web sight 'pre' visiting to obtain a fair trade-in value. When they (different person), offered me 8K less the their sight, I got ready to leave immediately. It escalated a bit, then the general /Manager came over to try to make it right...which he did. I had him personally use their sight as if he was me and he saw what I saw for my trade-in value. He also personally looked at my trade and agreed it was very clean and gave me the deal I wanted. Final note: their automated system/computer generated reply system is poor. I keep getting messages with my wife's name asking if she's still interested in a vehicle that we never wanted or looked at. overall it was very good but took an extremely long time to complete transaction even without financing. More
