I asked the salesman to review our terms, we agreed on them, and I signed the docs in a hurry, not having time to review the details. The next day when I read the docs I discovered the dealer had added a total of $2,698 to my contract. This amount was added to the contract price and added to the amount financed. The charges were for "optional" products that I was not told of. I've tried for the last four days to resolve this issue with Karl, the roadblock who acts as general manager here. Karl refused to meet with me as I sat in the sales office for two hours on 9/20/22. Despite having promised to return my phone calls over the past few days, not one call was received. Maybe Karl will chat with me in court. We'll see. Run away from this place. More
