I contacted their internet sales representative, Allison Alvarez, and she arranged a convenient time to drop by while I -had a nearby appointment -for an evaluation of both vehicles. She made everything easy - the Infinity was ready & waiting for me / test drive was easy as was the evaluation of my car. She asked me what it would take “out the door today” price and even got me half of my counter-offer. With that savings I bought the Gold level Allstate Vehicle Service Contract 3 yrs/36,000 mike warranty. After we agreed on price it only took 45 minutes to do paperwork and drive home our new SUV.
