This Dealer stated that Cars. com “devalues” their car prices. The car salesman wouldn’t give a number and asked what cars.com’s number was. After the test drive, the supervisor of com “devalues” their car prices. The car salesman wouldn’t give a number and asked what cars.com’s number was. After the test drive, the supervisor of the salesman stated the price is $10.000 over what was stated on cars.com. I am curious about where the initial price of $25,900 came from, considering blue book was listed between $20,000-23,000. As I was waking away due to the numbers not matching up, three Lithia Nissan members followed me out and tried to talk me I to buying the car by challenging my manhood, not respecting the family unit on such a large financial decision. For those reasons, I would not recommend shopping at Lithia Nissan specifically. A manger emailed about why I’d didn’t purchase the car and I glad that them this information. Since, no reply from that manager or another, but a steady stream of emails trying to get me to come back and buy the truck I test drove. Maybe the problem is with Lithia’s management as a whole. To start with, I did not purchase a car from them at this time. I'm a repeat customer and I went in with a cash budget asking to look at a vehicle. They listed it in excellent condition and based their o time. I'm a repeat customer and I went in with a cash budget asking to look at a vehicle. They listed it in excellent condition and based their offer to me on that condition. This car was not anywhere near that condition. There was bumper damage, interior damage, and the transmission was working harder than it should have. The salesman tried to tell me that was because of the type of transmission that it was, but I know what a transmission is supposed to shift like, and the overwork between gears wasn't it. The Carfax clearly said that Lithia bought the car at an auction, yet I'm being told the entire time that the car was available for sale because it was in too good of condition to go to auction. The salesman was super easy to work with and friendly outside of that, but I found it all to be very dishonest. They tried to charge me for a Lojack. I said I didn't want it. They kept pushing it, especially the sales manager who was going over the purchasing options with me. He asked me if I knew what a Lojack was. I said I did. He then said, "why don't you tell me what it does." Rude, condescending, and completely uncalled for. The sales manager was pushy and continued his condescending tone. I was willing to negotiate, given the condition of the vehicle, but not with someone like that. I walked out. I got a message later offering me an acceptable price for the car. Thanks for your help I guess, but your sales manager just cost you a sale. More

Tanner is the ONLY Saving Grace! TANNER is the only one in Service who genuinely cares for the customer! Very professional, courteous, sincere. Most others at desks are rude, caring o TANNER is the only one in Service who genuinely cares for the customer! Very professional, courteous, sincere. Most others at desks are rude, caring only to make money or will not be helpful. Hopefully they don’t influence & taint him. Terrible disservice from those snotty service mgmt & reps. Sales & Finance however have wonderful people! More
