This dealership is not trustworthy and does not live up to its promises.I bought a 2023 ram in august on the window sticker it states that the truck comes with premium all weather mats and rear under the s to its promises.I bought a 2023 ram in august on the window sticker it states that the truck comes with premium all weather mats and rear under the seat storage bins.so as of today I still have not gotten them they say the factory doesn’t have them anymore but it’s funny how all other trucks that are supposed to come with them do I was just at arrigo dodge and they have them with there trucks.also when I took delivery of the truck it was filthy I took it to a car wash and had to have it detailed the dealership promised me a $100 gift card to make up for me having to pay to have it detailed.also the blinker part was broken and I had to argue with them to fix it because I was leaving to go to New York because my father just passed away and it was just ridiculous having to argue to get a new blinker part.I may have gotten a good price on the vehicle but I really regret buying it from them.I do not recommend this dealership and I contacted them again yesterday about the mats storage bins and gift card and all I got was jerked around.getting a good deal on a vehicle is nice but if they don’t give you what your supposed to get with the vehicle and their service isn’t good then I rather pay a bit more.so in a way since they kept things that I’m owed and payed for I think they can be considered crooked More

Bottom Line: I will never use Napleton"s Service Department to service my 2015 EcoDiesel again! 2018 (49325 mi), Brought my truck in for recall T25 and Rear Differential service, Paid $195.19 for R Department to service my 2015 EcoDiesel again! 2018 (49325 mi), Brought my truck in for recall T25 and Rear Differential service, Paid $195.19 for Rear Differential service. 2019 (68062 mi), Brought my truck in for CEL, code P209E, DEF needs maintenance. I told them DEF injector probably needed cleaning or replacement. They did a computer update, I ended up having to clean the sensor myself. No charge but I had to fix it myself. 2019 (70107 mi), Brought my truck in for recall V08, Ecodiesel emissions settlement. No charge. August, 2023 (124464 mi), Brought my truck in due to significant bearing noise in the rear of my truck. My rear differential had to be totally rebuilt with all new bearings and seals, 70,000 miles after they had serviced the differential!! They refused to take responsibility for this issue. This is a truck that was on the highway 95% of the time and always maintained exceptionally well. $3126 for service. Plus, they took over a week to complete the service. I had to rent a car for $400, no loaner car available. September, 2023 (127259 mi), Brought my truck in for a significant engine oil leak. The truck sat on their lot for over a week because their diesel mechanic was not at work while I racked up rental car expenses. They reported that the leak was on the upper oil pan cover and would require significant disassembly to get to the oil cover. They also recommended replacement of the thermostat and coolant flush, rear break pad service, and serpentine belt replacement. I authorized the maintenance. I also had an aftermarket FOB that I wanted programed. After 15 days (3 days when actual maintenance was performed), they returned my truck. $4906 paid (including $112.99 for a failed attempt to program my FOB). I had to rent a car for $900, no loaner car available. Oct, 2023 (127798 mi), Squealing noise, left front wheel, found bolt which was rubbing against left front axle hub. Had to have my truck towed back to Napleton's. Texted picture of the problem bolt. Over the next three days, left text messages and calls to the service representative while I racked up expense on another rental. Had to go in the 4th day and talk to service dept manager. Found out a technician had not yet been assigned to investigate/repair the issue and service dept manager would not accept responsibility for the loose bolt even though he acknowledged that the bolt probably did not loosen by itself. Therefore, I would have to pay for the rental ($332) and my cost for the tow ($105 after insurance). They had it repaired the next day. He asked me if I wanted to have them look at a problem with my rear air suspension deflating overnight 2 days after I got the truck back. I said NO! It has since reset itself and is fine. There was no charge for fixing this issue. Hmm... But it still cost me $437 to tow and rent a car. Oh yes, there was no loaner this time also. I am a single divorced retired veteran and do not have a 2nd vehicle to carry my tools for my work as an electrician. One day after getting my truck back, I received a CEL, P24AE, Particulate Matter Sensor Circuit. Either the sensor is bad or one of the exhaust pipe junctions is loose. I think I'll fix it myself. I don’t write reviews but the poor quality and customer service of this company warrants the Time...My wife went to Napleton to get her tires rotated and the dealership was unable to balance the tires corr service of this company warrants the Time...My wife went to Napleton to get her tires rotated and the dealership was unable to balance the tires correctly. I ended up going to the dealership with her after the second time they were unable to balance the tires and witnessed the rudeness and incompetence of the dealer staff first hand. They talked down to my wife and we’re unable to correct a basic service (balancing tires...). I cannot say enough about the poor quality and poor customer service of this company. 🤢 please do not give this company your business. They seemingly talk down to women and are not competent mechanics. More

No customer service training? When I ask to talk to a manager I always get sent to the same 2 people and no one else. And they haven't returned my calls. More

Conmen with a Nice Billboard They have a very creative and unethical way to improve their SEO. They take off $2k from the sticker price to pop-up first on search engines. And, then will move that $2k back onto the price of the car in a form of a $2k fee for “checking over the car” on top of another $1k in dealership fees. If you haven’t bought a car before, this isn’t a real thing; it’s a scam. They are simply moving the price off the sticker, and putting it back in later in the process to mislead buyers through this pathetic type of false advertising. Be very careful buying a vehicle from them. More

Poor Follow-up & POOR service once vehicle purchased Okay, so when you are looking for a vehicle, they will call you & call you! We bought a $26000 vehicle from these guys. "David" was nice enough, but Okay, so when you are looking for a vehicle, they will call you & call you! We bought a $26000 vehicle from these guys. "David" was nice enough, but dropped the ball on several things. 1) No manual was with our jeep. We asked for one. Never got it. 2) When we went to pick up the vehicle, it was supposed to be detailed. IT WAS NOT. So my husband made an appointment to have it detailed, and drove to have it done, and when he got there, no one was there to do it and no one knew about the detail appointment. BAD BUSINESS. They scheduled a 2nd detail AFTER 6pm. When my husband arrived at 6:15 appt time, he was informed by service that the detail staff leaves at 5pm. Again, terrible communication since we drove 40 miles to the appointment. 3) My husband noticed some dents 3 days after purchasing the vehicle. One fairly major dent. OUR FAULT for not checking the jeep out close enough, but this should have been DISCLOSED. 4) I could not be there to sign and get my name on the title. The salesperson said, "no problem, will only cost you $20 to fix it at DMV. " WRONG. Cost is $80. To their credit, dealership said they would pay that if we brought receipt there. We'll see if they honor their word. 5) We PAID to have a trailer hitch package to install hitch and connector put on the vehicle. Our appt was at 9:30am. They didn't get to us until 11a.m. My husband was there until 3pm. THEN, when he picked up a trailer he needed to pick up 4 hours away, he drove home with NO TRAILER lights because the idiots in service did not hook it up properly. Hooking it up would involve the computer system of the jeep working in tandem with the new trailer light connector. Once again, he had to bring the vehicle back, ON HIS TIME, to get the work we paid for done properly. Honestly, disappointed at the lack of follow-up or consideration ONCE you buy a vehicle. Napleton management is dropping the ball on this one. We cannot in good faith recommend Napleton to our friends. Poor follow-up. More
