when I bout the car everyone was so helpful and helped me get the payments I could afford. Then after about 3 years it had recalls I took it in and they promtly fixed the problems. all workers there were me get the payments I could afford. Just had one of the best car buying experiences at Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch! Jimmy R. was my sales guy, and I swear he could sell a car to someone who walked in looking for a sandwich. Super g Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch! Jimmy R. was my sales guy, and I swear he could sell a car to someone who walked in looking for a sandwich. Super genuine and friendly, zero pressure, and somehow made the whole process feel easy when we all know making a car purchase is a huge headache. He actually listened, didn’t try to upsell me into something ridiculous, and kept things moving quickly without all the awkward waiting around. Then there’s Julio R., the customer service director.. Honesty, I don’t know if he’s aware he’s hilarious or if it’s just a natural gift. The man had us laughing while explaining things that are normally about as exciting as watching paint dry. He’s the kind of person who makes you feel taken care of while also wondering if you just made a new best friend. Between Jimmy keeping it real and Julio keeping it entertaining, I left with a car AND a better mood than I walked in with, which feels illegal in the car buying world! If you’re going to buy a car, these are your people! More

This was the first time buying from them . They were great . They where knowledgeable and very helpful. They took care of everything and on my terms. And I was out of there in less then 2hr They were great . They where knowledgeable and very helpful. They took care of everything and on my terms. And I was out of there in less then 2hrs. And with no buyers remorse. Which was awesome. Im still loving my suv!!! More
