I appreciate they ride they gave me after they told me i needed to leave my car and that i had to be 21 to take a rental but they usually wash my car after but these past 2 visits they haven’t so im kinda d needed to leave my car and that i had to be 21 to take a rental but they usually wash my car after but these past 2 visits they haven’t so im kinda disappointed but other than that im happy with my maintenance and the receptionist that took care of me More

My last experience was not pleasant. I visited the service centre and explained that the blind spot monitor was not working, which could be seen on the dashboard. I received the car I visited the service centre and explained that the blind spot monitor was not working, which could be seen on the dashboard. I received the car after the service and came to understand that they had ignored it but claimed it had been rectified. I had to stop the car and return to the service centre and asked them to re-check the problem. The supervisor reported back and said it might be a problem with something else, which was unacceptable. They are slow in troubleshooting any problem. I understand that they may only know how to replace parts rather than fix the problem. Finally, regarding the blind spot issue, they said they would check with their partners and replace it but couldn't identify what the problem and to repair it. I am considering not going to the same service centre and will try a different one. More
