I was scheduled for service (oil change and tire rotation) on November 18 at 10:30 a.m. I arrived ahead of schedule and checked in. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the service department was rotation) on November 18 at 10:30 a.m. I arrived ahead of schedule and checked in. Unfortunately, I was not informed that the service department was running behind schedule, nor was I provided any updates regarding delays while I waited. At approximately 12:10 p.m., I returned to the service department to inquire about the status of my vehicle. I was told I would need to wait a few minutes for the service advisor. Once the advisor became available, he located my vehicle paperwork and brought it to the cashier. I completed payment and left the dealership between 12:20 and 12:30 p.m. In total, I waited nearly two hours for a routine oil change and tire rotation. This experience did not reflect the level of service I have received in the past, and I am uncertain whether I will return for future service appointments. More

Brought my vehicle in for noise, Advantage told me it was the front hubs. I had them replace them. Driving home I heard a clunking noise, brought it back and they told me it was the front stabilizer bar. - A the front hubs. I had them replace them.
