We then requested a very specific color/interior scheme and they found the car that day and we were driving by the end of the day with a great deal. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I was just nearing the end of a lease from another dealership that I had been with for almost 20 years. Over the course of the past year my financial I was just nearing the end of a lease from another dealership that I had been with for almost 20 years. Over the course of the past year my financial situation was less then perfect. My former dealership offered me a ridiculous quote. Mind you, I have never been late on any of my car payments. So on 9/24/2018 I decided to take a chance on another dealership and a a new brand of car. From the moment I spoke with Jimmy at Mt. Holly Nissan he was nothing but respectful, compassionate and understanding of my current situation. The whole dealership as I walked inside had a comforting atmosphere. No pressure, just reassurance that everything was going to be okay. It was more than okay, it was phenomenal. Jimmy and Cholly took my bad situation and turned it into a remarkable leasing experience. I didn’t have to go back to my former dealership to turn in my vehicle, Jimmy made sure he took care of everything. I ended up with a beautiful Nissan Sentra 2019. I couldn’t be happier. Without Jimmy’s patience, time and understanding I don’t know where I’d be now. Cholly made the financial signing of the forms as easy as could be without any confusion. This is without a doubt a family oriented dealership. I recommend this dealership to the moon and back to everyone! My mother is even switching to Nissan when her current lease is up !!!!! Mislead / Unprofessional I’ve leased 3 Nissans from another dealer and purchased from Mt Holly a few years ago. I’ve had some financial issues but remained loyal to Nissan. I I’ve leased 3 Nissans from another dealer and purchased from Mt Holly a few years ago. I’ve had some financial issues but remained loyal to Nissan. I went to this dealer to purchase a certified preown and after visiting them they ran my credit for a lease and locked me out of dealing with another Nissan dealer. And never assisted or followed up in assisting me in purchasing the certified vehicle. I called and received no follow up but after sending a alarming email I get a call back. Honestly a little to late. I’m now a Reluctant Honda Customer although I would of remained with Nissan had they had customer loyalty as a priority! More

Dont waste you time in this dealership I bought a used car from this dealership and everything seamed fine.Until we went to get the tags here they never had the title signed the proper way I bought a used car from this dealership and everything seamed fine.Until we went to get the tags here they never had the title signed the proper way! So its been like almost a month and a half and I still don't have tags! And on top of everything else the AC worked fine when we got the car and all of a sudden it stopped working after 3 weeks they offered to pay for half which amounted to like over $500.00 .I told the guy I had a decent buying experience at that point but if I have to come and pick it up and have to fix it myself I wont be buying another car from your dealership! And I wont only cost me $270 to fix it! best $ I ever spent! Their loss would have been $1000.00 Now I don't know what they would have made of me because I would have had to buy 2 new cars in the next 18 months!NOT GOING BACK THERE!! More

He worked with John Barone and Paul Verdi in Finance to put together a very attractive deal on my truck. The car was detailed and ready for us and Jimmy had pre-filled out all the paperwork to expedite the closing. Paul also was very friendly and walked us through the financing portion explaining everything in detail. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them.
