But I now have a new S60. Jo Borras in sales was terrific. Not at all what you think of when you imagine buying a car. Everyone I’ve worked with here is professional and friendly and goes above and beyond. Highly recommended. More

Great Experience! I stopped by the Autobarn Volvo in Oak Park to look at a used GMC Yukon Denali that was listed on cars.com. I called as I was on the way and Jimmy I stopped by the Autobarn Volvo in Oak Park to look at a used GMC Yukon Denali that was listed on cars.com. I called as I was on the way and Jimmy answered. He was able to locate the car and called me right back to come in. It was within the hour of closing but Jimmy was really accommodating. He took me for a test drive knowing that we weren't able to close the deal that night. He was really personable and helpful. The next morning I brought my family in to take a look at the car. Jimmy had the car ready and took my husband for a test drive. The dealership was really clean and even had things to keep my 5 year old twin boys occupied. The GM (Richard Kirkpatrick) was really nice to us. Purchasing a car can be a really long, grueling process but Jimmy and the staff at the Autobarn made it so much better. I was impressed with the Volvos that I saw there and I would definitely consider looking there for our next car. When you go, ask for Jimmy! He's the best! We purchased a package that had a protection coating for our seats. They called a few days later for us to bring the car in. They had a loaner car available to us and were great about communicating pick up times with us. Robert Fellows helped us in service and he was really great. More

Off all the cars we tested, all the dealerships we went to, and implicitly We were trying to decide between Mercedes GLC300, Acura RDX and Volvo XC60. Off all the cars we tested, all the dealerships we went to, and implicitly all the sales people we dealt with, Jimmy Hanson at the Autobarn was the one who made us feel the most comfortable, without the typical sales aggressiveness you tend to encounter at most dealerships. After three weeks of test driving several cars, we did decide on a new XC60 and Jimmy made the process a smooth and enjoyable one. More
