These guys are crooks. I purchased a used car, and declined the service contract. I signed in several places and on several forms, I declined the service contract. A $4000 service agreement on a $6000 car isn't worth it. When I checked with the bank, the loan amount is $11,000. When I contacted Yonkers Nissan the first time, they said "oops we'll fix it" 6 weeks later it's not fixed. I call again, they totaly deny any thing is wrong, and refused to refund the $4000. So I email copies of the paperwork showing I declined the service aggrement. They claimed they had lost the paperwork, it has been another 6 weeks, I'm done getting jerked around. My attorney will be the next to contact them, and it will cost them more than $4000. I have also filed a complaint with the state attorney general and the BBB. More
