Castle Rock Ford is the best place to buy a Ford, period! In March of 2022, I lost my truck (2017 Nissan Titan) in an accident. I came to Castle Rock Ford to buy a new Super Duty - to my amazement, the or In March of 2022, I lost my truck (2017 Nissan Titan) in an accident. I came to Castle Rock Ford to buy a new Super Duty - to my amazement, the order banks had been closed for the year (in April!). I was introduced to Jimmie Ford while inquiring about getting ahead of the next wave of orders for 2023 models. Jimmie was an excellent resource for all things Super Duty and he helped me create a mock order so when the order banks opened, I would be ready to go on day 1. Over the next YEAR (yes, year!) Jimmie was in contact with me every 2 weeks to provide an update on my order status and to see if there was anything he could assist with further. Once production of the 2023's began, Jimmie was calling every week to provide me an estimated completion date for my build and a reasonable time frame for delivery. My truck came in 2 weeks ahead of schedule and Jimmie personally oversaw the delivery - making sure my truck was cleaned, inspected and available on delivery day, as promised (all while juggling working with 3 other customers that were there for pickup as well). Castle Rock Ford and Jimmie were the best part of the process - albeit a very, very, very long one. Had it not been for Jimmie, I probably would have gone a different route in trying to source a new truck. I'm so glad I waited and got what I really wanted. Thanks Jimmie!
