Let me start by saying that we had a great first half to our car buying experience. The dealership had been recommended to us by a friend so we had higher than normal expectations. Jimelle was helpful and f our car buying experience. The dealership had been recommended to us by a friend so we had higher than normal expectations. Jimelle was helpful and friendly, but had some challenges answering some of our questions. But, he knew exactly who to call in and Risa was extremely helpful, and she was able to go into more detail on some of the answers we needed before we could make a decision. As a result, we decided to buy the car and quickly moved into the finance portion. One of the reasons we rarely ever shop for a new car is because of the process and how long it takes. We were feeling pretty good and were pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was moving along. Just before we were moving into the financing phase, we saw Jimelle say he was going to have the car washed. Financing was a breeze, and we were out within 15 minutes at approximately 3:40 PM. We have no idea what happened from there since no one was communicating with us for a while as to what was going on. Apparently the car was taken to be fueled up, but the pumps at the gas station were not working, so they returned. They were sent out a second time, and came back without gas in the car. They were sent out a third time, and still came back without gas, and one of the managers came up and gave me cash so that I could go get my own gas. This was above and beyond what he needed to do, but he could tell I was getting very irritated at this point because each time the car was sent out they told me it was going to be five minutes. The initial five minutes at approximately 345 turned into a little over two hours, and we did not leave the dealership until after 545. It was super awkward for all of us as we tried to make small talk, and no one seemed to have answers as to why it was taking so long and for a while, no apologies were even offered. No one was rude or unfriendly, but it was the lack of communication that really surprised me. I work at a place where that would’ve been so completely unacceptable, So I was really thrown off by it. We Are very happy with the car, and look forward to being a Mazda owner, But wish we had had a different experience during the last half of our car buying experience. More

Talked to some very friendly people; made sure to answer all my questions in a way I could understand. Art also had someone who knew all about the car I wanted. I had a very lovely experience with the people at Claremont- the business aspect went very smoothly as well. Riza is such a lovely person and definitely met us in the middle where we were both happy. Claremont- the business aspect went very smoothly as well. Riza is such a lovely person and definitely met us in the middle where we were both happy. Art also went ahead and introduced us to Luis, who is an expert in the car we were interested in and even shared some of his insights and personal preferences. Overall a very pleasant experience, especially with one as special as me buying my first car at this location. More
