Everyone was extremely helpful in helping me buy my new 2024 Dodge Hornet. Kept the process simple, smooth, and affordable! Very pleased with this dealership and would highly recommend. 2024 Dodge Hornet. Kept the process simple, smooth, and affordable! Very pleased with this dealership and would highly recommend. More

I asked repeatedly for the 172 point inspection report and also the details on the state inspection and never got an answer or even a reply. I am also missing the scissor jack out of the Jeep we bought and still haven’t heard if we are getting one or not. I would think it should have been part of the vehicle purchase unless it was disclosed, which it was not. Never got introduced to the service dept. We only talked to Brian, who is a manager, I think but he didn’t get back to us on anything. We did talk to the body shop and they were nice. We had to call them to see when our Jeep was going to be finished the second time it was in due to some places they missed the first time it was in. All I want is my scissor jack and the reports to see what was done and what wasn’t done. I found out myself that the air filter and the cabin air filter was not changed, they were very dirty, which I thought would have been done already. Not sure if I would recommend them yet but we were thinking of going somewhere to buy a new Rubicon if we like the used Jeep we bought. We bought a used one first to try before deciding on a brand new one. This is why you should treat all customers as potential return customers and not ignore them after the sale. More
