xxxxxx crap fights are more organized than these guys Took my Ford Focus in with many malfunctions all happened at once, several error codes, wouldn’t shift, then would shift, pull the keys out and the en Took my Ford Focus in with many malfunctions all happened at once, several error codes, wouldn’t shift, then would shift, pull the keys out and the engine kept running. They had it in the shop for about week, replaced TCM and clutch, went to pick it up, didn’t make it out of the parking lot, same problems. Spent another week in the garage, replaced the the BCM and PCM. Picked up, had to return the next day, same exact problem. This time they said it would be in the shop for a while because they didn’t want to be embarrassed again. Few days later, I get a call from one of the service guys, “we had a little accident, gonna have to send your car to a body shop to have the door replaced” 🙄 went to go pick it up the 3rd time, error codes still there, and now the A/C doesn’t work. Had a mind-numbingly stupid conversation with a service tech. In the shop, again, apparently found a problem with the wiring harness. Fixed it. 4th times a charm! I have used this garage many times in the past for convenience and ignored my friends tales of substandard/questionable mechanics. Well, sad to say, I’m done with these guys. The service guys are professional, and made the best they could out of a nightmarish customer experience, but would find it hard to ever trust their mechanics with any of my Ford Vehicles. More

Wrench Light went on I didn't wait and took the 2015 F150 (2.7L) in for service. as it turn out the trans auxiliary pump seal went bad. They replaced the entire pump assem I didn't wait and took the 2015 F150 (2.7L) in for service. as it turn out the trans auxiliary pump seal went bad. They replaced the entire pump assembly. All was covered by drive train warranty. All was completed in one day. More
