Great Customer Service Extremely please with the customer service at the Palmetto Ford body shop. They worked fast and were flexible and easily worked around my schedule. There was a small oversight in the work they did on my vehicle but they quickly resolved the issue and arranged a rental car to ensure no further inconvenience. Jim in the body shop was incredibly helpful and kept me updated on that status of my vehicle on a regular basis. Taking my car to a body shop has always been a frustrating experience but Palmetto Ford actually made this a pleasure! More
