I came to this dealership looking for something different from a dealership then what was in my local area. I was not disappointed. I was sick of getting the runaround with the smarmy, I can't work with yo from a dealership then what was in my local area. I was not disappointed. I was sick of getting the runaround with the smarmy, I can't work with you - you're going to just pay our prices type of dealership. I read the reviews about this dealership and decided it was worth the hour drive from my house. Kirk was attentive to myself and my children. I got what I wanted with a painless process. I recommended them to my in-laws due to the pleasant experience. Thank you! More

In looking for a first car for our daughter, we visited EP Nissan. We were greeted promptly and introduced to a salesman, Andy. With a tight schedule we didn’t have much time on our first visit. Andy kept EP Nissan. We were greeted promptly and introduced to a salesman, Andy. With a tight schedule we didn’t have much time on our first visit. Andy kept in touch with me but didn’t pester, push or make us uneasy. My daughter did her homework, looked at different vehicle options in our price range and settled on a Nissan. They were great to work with and we left happy. More

I and my Mom have bought cars at several dealerships, over the years. This one tops them all. I knew what car I wanted from the internet. The Internet Manager Jim Tang was a great communicator. Kirk Rose was a great normal guy, not the stereotypical car salesman but a guy who knows a lot and is very helpful. The whole experience here was top notch from start to finish. Go here. You'll probably be as happy as I am today with my new (used) car. More

Best Experience Ever! I shopped long and hard for my new lease on a Nissan. I already new positively what vehicle I wanted, color, model, and the price I was willing to pa I shopped long and hard for my new lease on a Nissan. I already new positively what vehicle I wanted, color, model, and the price I was willing to pay. Never made a deal at Eden Prairie, but because I was a longtime lease customer of Nissan . . . 12+ yrs. they treated me very well! I reached out online because of my work hrs. (overnights in a hospital). I always received a quick response to my very specific questions on a Lease, including price as other dealerships just gave me the run around. It took a couple of months, but Eden Prairie Nissan was straight forward from the beginning with Jim Tang and then later turned over to Kirk Rose. At that point, I thought maybe I'd been had, but NOT! Thought maybe I'd have to start over. Not the case. Communication handing off the sale was good! More

Great and easy Murano buying experience! At first I inquired about a CPO 2018 Murano. Jim Tang advised me that due to all the discounts EP Nissan was offering, a new one was only $1500-$2000 At first I inquired about a CPO 2018 Murano. Jim Tang advised me that due to all the discounts EP Nissan was offering, a new one was only $1500-$2000 more. So I set up a test drive with Kirk Rose who patiently showed me the features of the Murano. ALso, the pretty Mocha Almond Brown on the showroom floor was still available. I got close $10,000 off the asking price - including the USAA True Car discount of $500. (EP Nissan should note that many Nissan dealerships do not participate in the USAA program. Apparently they don’t understand that $500 is big deal!). So although my intent was just to test drive and get estimated trade-in value of my car, I decided to purchase the new, beautiful brown Murano! Also, .9% interest rate also made my decision to purchase a new Murano so much easier. I was treated so well by Kirk and Ken! I did purchase the extended warranty - I appreciate that EP Nissan shopped around in order to offer customers the most affordable warranty. I have had Coco a week and I have loved driving her. I am looking forward to many years of service visits to spend watching the fish and eating cookies! More
