Sadly I have to redo my former review of Jim and of this dealership!~ We are now going with a totally different brand- picking up my sons new car this week- Jim had told us that the car may be in by July bu dealership!~ We are now going with a totally different brand- picking up my sons new car this week- Jim had told us that the car may be in by July but most likely August- when I checked in this week I got a text out of the blue that it will be at least another 3 months- it was stated as if I had ever heard that November was a possibility for a Corolla Cross- I had not and neither had my son- Toyota is offering no financing on this car and Jim mentioned a certain credit union to look into- when I mentioned that we did he then said they can "match rates"- of course the new collage grad $500 is only good if you finance thru them- Jim then tried to talk us in to a sedan when we were clear that we only wanted a small SUV!~As with all things- this happened for a reason as the car my son is getting is a much better value with great dealer financing- I will not go back to Toyota again.... So far so good- we are on a waiting list for a new 2023 Corolla Cross for my son- his first big purchase- new college grad- we went to Hyndai and also Subaru and the sales ppl were not great- really bad at Corolla Cross for my son- his first big purchase- new college grad- we went to Hyndai and also Subaru and the sales ppl were not great- really bad at Hyndai and just strange at Subaru- Jim was calm, honest and knew his stuff- plus we actually were able to test drive the car we wanted to buy(not the case at Subaru) and did not have to have a sales person with us(like Hyndai!)- we even cancelled our test drive of an HRV to stick with the Cross- in part- due to Jim- we are now waiting for the call/email that our car is in!!!! Highly reccomend! More

Ian was very helpful over the phone with me to set up the appointment to come pick up my new vehicle. very nice and helpful in person and at the dealership as well. much recommended. My wife and I were in negotiations with Jim on a Rav 4 Adventure. We told Jim on New Years eve that we would be there in the morning to buy the vehicle. He knew we were coming from almost 4 hours away. Adventure. We told Jim on New Years eve that we would be there in the morning to buy the vehicle. He knew we were coming from almost 4 hours away. 30 minutes before arriving, he calls us to tell us to hurry, that someone is test driving the vehicle. Literally one minute before arriving, he calls and says the vehicle just sold. Jim had prior knowledge that someone else from several hours away was coming to buy the car, too. We should have been informed that someone else was coming so we could have made a decision as to whether to drive 4 hours was worth the risk of getting there to perhaps find that the car had sold. Just another car dealer willing to do whatever greasy dead required to make a sale. More

One of the worst parts of leasing a new car for me is having to go through the final paperwork with the Finance Department. Steve, my Finance Manager, had all the required documentation set up ahead of having to go through the final paperwork with the Finance Department. Steve, my Finance Manager, had all the required documentation set up ahead of time and made the financial review process extremely efficient and actually enjoyable. I told him that I'd give him a 10 on a scale of 1-5. Ian, my Sales Manager, was very thorough in providing me options for getting me the best price on a new leased vehicle. I came in thinking that I might want to finally buy out my existing lease, because my 2018 was in EXCELLENT condition with only 17,000 miles. Ian gave me the options for the buy-out, but he also searched hard for rebates and incentives that made the new lease deal too attractive to pass up. Finally, my last "person of praise" is Jim the Sauce. Jim has been my go-to sales guy for several vehicles. He's really the face of the dealership for me. He always is patient and resourceful in addressing my concerns and needs. He never loses his cool, no matter what I demand. I really appreciate his continuing efforts to make he happy. Thanks!
