Jim is one of the most helpful salespeople that I have dealt with since leaving the automotive industry for a career change. The entire staff was helpful. From the receptionist to the other salespeople w dealt with since leaving the automotive industry for a career change. The entire staff was helpful. From the receptionist to the other salespeople who took the time to say hello and offer water knowing I was someone else's customer, and they had nothing to gain. In my experience very few operations understand that every action matters in front of a customer. A customer can either be completely " wowed" or completely appalled. Kindness does matter and it will make you more money! I did not hard argue my trade value because I actually "wanted" them to make a little money. Then finance manager was extremely professional and offered all the services without making it feel like he was "hard selling". I can see that this dealership once again has a strong leadership. I worked at this location years ago when it was John Smith Chevrolet. More
