Jim Page an d Audi dealership were PHEDNOMINAL. Jim was so friendly and easy to work with, from first contact until we drove off in our new car. Let me start with a little background. I have always bought old, beater cars, in cash and drove them until they died. Then I had a daughter, and her safety and comfort became my main conce I have always bought old, beater cars, in cash and drove them until they died. Then I had a daughter, and her safety and comfort became my main concern. I first went to Carmax and got a 2015 Hyundai Santa Fe. Transmission goes out in a week. I get a slightly newer one as a trade, but I just really didn’t love the color or quality. Then, on my last day to return my Carmax car, I find my dream color and year of the Santa Fe at Audi Flatirons. I call Jim and he immediately gets me in to check it out. I’m immediately in love. He schedules me to come in first thing on Monday. In the meantime, I’m texting him questions on Sunday (not knowing that dealerships are closed on Sunday’s because I’m new to this arena) and he answered all of my questions thoroughly, and with patience on HIS DAY OFF. I come in on Monday and he couldn’t have made the process easier. Everything lined up perfectly, he worked with me on my requests with fairness and kindness, and was just all around a joy to work with. To be quite frank, I was a little leery of this dealership originally, based on some of the Yelp reviews I had come across. I had seen some comments of folks that felt this dealership could possibly be classist, or not appropriately welcoming to people of color. As a young(ish) Black woman, I felt highly welcomed, respected, and heard by Jim. He was fun, friendly, and he truly humanized the car buying experience for me, turning it into something fun and exciting, as opposed to scary and stressful. As we were doing the paperwork for my new car, other folks were reaching out to come in and see it. If Jim had not prioritized me, and what was probably the least expensive car on the lot, by getting me in first thing, I certainly would not have my dream car today. He then worked so hard to get the car ready for me to pick up the next day, so I could use it for an out of town trip. This means so much to me and my family. I can’t stop looking out the window at my new car with pride in knowing that I have a safe vehicle now that will support my eventually growing family. Jim will always be a huge part of my story. I will never buy another car from anyone else. He’s the epitome of a professional and genuinely great human. Thanks Jim, for making my car dreams come true! In sincerity, Kristina Gray More
