The only issue i had at my last visit i called to get oil and tire rotation when I got home I look at bill tire rotation wasnt on the paperwork. I guess when they came in waiting room I heard a man sitting and tire rotation when I got home I look at bill tire rotation wasnt on the paperwork. Dealership and service department at this facility doesn't go above and beyond. I have been with this lemon of a jeep renegade and it's going to take me a total, so far because the radio still isn't i doesn't go above and beyond. I have been with this lemon of a jeep renegade and it's going to take me a total, so far because the radio still isn't in almost a year to recieve a back ordered part twice now. Due to the screen not working I can't use my navigation system, I can't see what controls or setting on the display so instead of giving me a rental for just my vacation it was a no go. This service department could definitely step up their game when it comes to customers satisfaction. They just kept saying their hands are tied. Careful with your warranty there because back order parts take over half a year to get to the facility and make sure you are checking in on the part if it is on back order because they won't be trying to get back to you unless you make it a point to stay on top of them. I can barely afford a oil change to keep the warranty. What's the point of a warranty if they can't honor it? Just think they could try a little harder for their customers:) More

A great place to do business, they are fast and reliable and very thorough.
