BE AWARE; this dealer advertised and sell“Certified Used cars” but is total SCAM. I learned this only 24hrs after buying a car from them. They put my life and my son’s life in danger as they sold me a car w cars” but is total SCAM. I learned this only 24hrs after buying a car from them. They put my life and my son’s life in danger as they sold me a car with bad brakes. I called to make an appointment, but they told me that the car I bough 2 days ago cannot be served there that I needed to take it to the manufacture. I returned the car not even one but 3 times to get it checked, but they brushed me off by saying the car has an Intelligent ABS brakes “to give it sometime to be adjusted to my feet” the explanation wasn’t too convening; therefore, I called the manufacture, and then made an appointment at a manufacture dealer to get the brakes checked. And indeed the they sold me a car with Bad brakes. Came back to the dealer, spoke with GM who stated that they bought the car from FIAT, in 12/2023 and they did not inspected the car; needed to call someone to provide the MPI and confirmed that the car was not inspected in the dealership. This neglectful act put my self and my son in a high risk and in a dangerous situation; they did not care about safety. The GM offered me an Oil change as compensation, as they refused to cut a deal nor to reimburse the $1,400 I paid for the brakes repairs. So if you want to be SCREWED, this is definitely the place to go.!! More

BOUGHT VEHICLE ON 10/14/2023 TRADED IN MY VEHICLE AND CASH TOWARDS PURCHASE OF A 2012 RAM 2500 DIESEL SOLD AS IS. CALLED DEALERSHIP MONDAY TO EXPLAIN TRUCK HAD ISSUES AND TRANSMISSION WAS ACTING UP, ASK CASH TOWARDS PURCHASE OF A 2012 RAM 2500 DIESEL SOLD AS IS. CALLED DEALERSHIP MONDAY TO EXPLAIN TRUCK HAD ISSUES AND TRANSMISSION WAS ACTING UP, ASKED IF I MAY BRING VEHICLE BACK AND GET THE VEHICLE I TRADED IN BACK, WAS TOLD IT WOULD COST A ADDITIONAL 2600 ON TOP OF THE 1600 I PAID WHEN I TRADED MY VEHICLE. WENT TO DEALERSHIP TUESDAY THE 17TH AND GOT MY VEHICLE BACK COST ME 2600 DOLLARS FOR A VEHICLE I DROVE 130 MILES AND 2 DAYS, I EXPLAINED I WOULD PAY THE 600 SERVICE BILL AND FELT I SHOULD NOT HAVE HAD TO PAY ANYMORE SINCE THE TRUCK THEY SOLD ME WAS A LEMON. Our salesman Mario was excellent! ! He worked with us on getting exactly what we wanted and when it was no longer available, he found one that had everything we wanted plus extras and ! He worked with us on getting exactly what we wanted and when it was no longer available, he found one that had everything we wanted plus extras and we were able to work out a deal. They brought it over from another location the next day and Mario handled the window tinting and getting the side steps ordered and put on for us! We did have a set back on the side steps coming in but Mario saw that they were taken care of and ready before end of day! A week later everything we wanted done to our new Jeep had been done and completed excellently!! The Jeep looks awesome!! We can’t thank Mario enough for what he did for us!! More

Terrible experience. The sale went well and everything after the sale was horrible. They kept my license plate at the dealership and acted like I was crazy anytime I aske The sale went well and everything after the sale was horrible. They kept my license plate at the dealership and acted like I was crazy anytime I asked for it back. They only gave me one key and kept telling me they had already given me a second key when they had not. Terrible communication between employees and with their customers. They give you the run around constantly. They offered a rental car until the vehicle I purchased was ready but the first rental car they gave me had broken windshield wipers, broken break lights, and flat tire. The next rental car they gave me I brought back after the low tire pressure light came on within minutes of driving away from dealership and they told me it was a broken sensor that wouldn’t turn off. The next day I got a flat tire and had to call someone to put the spare on during my commute to work. No one was apologetic. More
