Thanks Jim! Unfortunately, I still haven't heard from Jason and the other matters of pricing, responsiveness, verbal assurances, etc. remain unresolved. If you sincerely care to work this, you know how to reach me. Until then, my experiences remain unchanged and a response on a negative review is nice but doesn't effect change. Only action affects change, and I'm still waiting on that action.
