I had a great experience with Lou Stomel at Audi Turnersville. I was there for an oil change and check engine light on my high mileage 2018 Q5. Prior to finding out about the repair, Lou struck a conversation with me and even let me test drive the Audi Q7. Again, this was at a point where I may have been a future customer, but not at that moment. Lou was honest, transparent, and genuine. As someone who leads a sales organization in another industry, these are the signs of someone you want to do business with. Was in market for new vehicle (Audi allroad was 11yo w/168K miles). With economy uncertain, thought I could delay. NOPE!!! Living by the ocean does terrible things to a car’s under carriage. Lou and Jimmy and Dana (who is the best service manager ever) delicately broke it to me my car needed very, very expensive repairs to be legal to drive. Nonetheless, they honored their offers to buy the car and to get me a good rate to lease and try out an Audi hybrid. By early afternoon I was driving home in my new, leased Audi. Now I’m on my way to charge it up and get great gas mileage. More
