I live in Martinez with my wife and daughter. I have been with Audi since 2004 and have enjoyed my time in the Auto industry. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends and am an avid golfer. I grew up in San Ramon, which we moved to in 1977, from New York. We have 3 pets, 2 dogs and a cat. I enjoy helping people navigate the car buying process and get a big kick out helping them get their new Audi. I look forward to helping you too!!

This is my first car in USA and the sales people Sang, Dante and manager Jim were very patient and supportive in helping me understanding the entire process. The concept of buying Audi went smoothly, than Dante and manager Jim were very patient and supportive in helping me understanding the entire process. As my car was not available in that dealership, they contacted other dealerships and got the car in 24 hours. So, all in all it was good feeling. More

Baited to show during Coronavirus when car was not available Had an appointment today (Saturday) with Jim Higgins, which was scheduled by Adrian Romero. This morning I received multiple notifications (email and Had an appointment today (Saturday) with Jim Higgins, which was scheduled by Adrian Romero. This morning I received multiple notifications (email and text) confirming the appointment. When I got there, I was told that the car was sold during the week -- not by Jim, but a random salesman. Where was Jim? He was too busy in his cube and didn't even look up. The other salesman basically said "hey...they probably wanted you to come in anyways...." and then proceeded to try to sell me another car. The car I wanted had a specific color combo, which was not available in the current inventory. I guess car salesmen haven't changed. Heads up would have been appreciated Jim and Adrien.....maybe y'all have forgotten that we are in a pandemic - there was no consideration for coronavirus on their part. More

The team at Audi Fremont was very responsive, and helped me through the entire process. When it came time to pick up my vehicle, I worked with Samantha Song, who was incredibly helpful in having everything ready, ahead of time, and answered all of the questions I had with great professionalism.
