" Are you being helped", on a busy Saturday. My husband and I made a visit to Valley Honda on a very busy Saturday. Jim Hanahan asked if we were being helped and from there he was most gracious My husband and I made a visit to Valley Honda on a very busy Saturday. Jim Hanahan asked if we were being helped and from there he was most gracious in helping us look at vehicles, discussing our options and answering our questions. He showed us the service center and arranged for my husband to talk with a mechanic (Tony), about his concerns about the cvt. He even stayed well beyond closing time to help with our needs. Jim was very polite and did not pressure us into buying. One week later, Jim found our new 2016 Accord. He was very detailed oriented when showing us the features on new the car. He followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure everything was going well. Would like to say "thanks Jim". If you need a salesman, ask for Jim Hanahan. More
