Big Thanks to Jim G in sales, Scott B and Dean in service for helping me out on 6/13/22. I called Jim on a Saturday after hours and left a message asking for help on a bad situation I encountered with my 5+ for helping me out on 6/13/22. I called Jim on a Saturday after hours and left a message asking for help on a bad situation I encountered with my 5+ year old 2017 Escape. I had bought the Escape new from Jim. He called me early Monday morning (about 9am) and I explained to him my problem. After we hung up, he talked to Dean in Service. Jim then called me back and told me to come in and they would take care of my problem. Scott coordinated the repair I needed. By 10:30 am, I was on my way home very satisfied. 6 Stars for helping me.
