I decided on the Forester SUV and have been driving all over town showing it off. Sal knew everything about the vehicles features and option packages and even seemed to be able to anticipate my questions. Before leaving Lester Glenn with my new Forester Andrew sat in the car with me and showed me how to use all those exciting buttons on the dash that are going to make driving a pleasure...and keep me safe on the roads. Dave and Jim were persistent in getting me the best loan rate and were able to keep me within my payment range. Mike B answered all my questions and was patient even though I kept him there way past closing time. Adonis was also helpful the day I picked up my car, helping out and making sure my insurance was handled. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to buy a new or "gently" used vehicle. More

We had gone to another Subaru dealership located in Old Bridge, New Jersey which is closer to our home and while the sales person was very nice the sales manager could not be bothered to talk to us. This was a big turn off to my wife and me. Mark and the rest of the staff were exceedingly nice and helpful. Mark was very patient with us as we test drove a couple of vehicles. More

(I initially took my 2015 in for scheduled maintenance.) The process of buying/leasing a car is usually very stressful but Jay and his crew were patient and made what would normally be painful process "comfortable". I recommend Jay highly for his professionalism and knowledge of the Subaru product. This is the second transaction I had with Jay and will go back again to work with him. The service staff also goes out of their way to make your experience a pleasant one. More
